The GRCDO, developed in partnership with The Nelson Ideation Group (TNIG) and funded through $600,000 in federal American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funds, will engage business and community stakeholders, develop a business plan and work to support efforts to revitalize the commercial and retail corridor along Liberty Road.
