The Greater Randallstown Community Development Organization (GRCDO) identifies and responds to the community's needs by building partnerships with business, government and other stakeholders to enhance quality of life, safety, equity, and preservation of our community.

CATCHMENT AREA

The GRCDO, developed in partnership with The Nelson Ideation Group (TNIG) and funded through $600,000 in federal American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funds, will engage business and community stakeholders, develop a business plan and work to support efforts to revitalize the commercial and retail corridor along Liberty Road.
