I missed the vendor info session, where can i find more information?
When will the vendor application be available?
The vendor application was released on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. As of July 13, we are no longer accepting vendor applications for the 2026 Liberty Live Concerts.
What kind of vendors are you looking for?
We are interested in a diverse group of vendors including food trucks/concessions, artisans, goods and crafts, community organizations, information tables, and more!
what is the setup time?
Vendors may begin set up as early as 11:00 AM but all vendors must arrive at least three hours prior to the concert (by 3:00 PM). This ensures everyone is in place and ready to go once the community arrives.
is any equipment provided?
Vendors are responsible for providing all their own equipment (i.e., tent, table, chairs, generator, signs, etc.).
Is the event rain or shine?
Liberty Live concerts are held rain or shine unless there is extreme inclement weather. Vendors will be notified ASAP if the concert is canceled due to weather. GRCDO has scheduled a rain date of Friday, September 18, 2026.
VENDOR Requirements & expectations
To ensure a successful, high-quality experience for everyone, vendors must comply with all GRCDO Vendor Requirements and Expectations, including Baltimore County and Maryland state regulations.
