Liberty Road Commercial Façade Improvement Grant Program
business development
The Baltimore County Department of Planning, in collaboration with the Greater Randallstown Community Development Organization (GRCDO), announces the Liberty Road Commercial Façade Improvement Grant Program. This program is designed to enhance the visual appeal of businesses along the Liberty Road Commercial Corridor, from the City-County Line to Offutt Road.
This program is made possible by a $430,000 grant from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, supplemented by an additional $500,000 from Baltimore County. It aims to support small business and commercial property owners in improving their exterior facades, ultimately revitalizing our local business district and fostering community pride.
